中文摘要: 采用响应面法优化决明子总蒽醌的超声辅助提取工艺。在单因素试验基础上,利用响应面分析法,以料水比、超声时间、提取次数、提取温度为自变量,以总蒽醌提取得率为因变量,对决明子总蒽醌的超声辅助提取工艺进行优化,得出回归方程预测模型。结果表明最佳超声辅助提取工艺条件为:料水比1 ∶42(g/mL),超声时间32 min,提取次数3 次,提取温度53 ℃,在此条件下,决明子总蒽醌的得率为74.51%。
Abstract:Optimize the ultrasonic assist extracting anthraquinone from semen cassia.On the basis of single factor experiment results,with solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction times,extraction temperature as independent variables,the efficiency of extracting anthraquinone from semen cassia as dependent variable,response surface analysis method was employed to optimize the ultrasonic assist extracting anthraquinone from semen cassia,obtained the prediction model of regression equation.The optimal extracting parameter was as follows:the solid-liquid ratio was 1 ∶42(g/mL),the extraction time was 32 min,the extraction times was 3 times,the extraction temperature was 53 ℃ .Under these conditions,the efficiency of extracting anthraquinone from semen cassia was 74.51%.
