中文摘要: 建立一种快速测定安神类代用茶中19 种镇静安神类非法添加物的高效液相色谱-串联质谱（high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry，HPLC-MS/MS）的检测方法。样品经乙腈提取后，以ACE Excel 2 C18（100×2.1 mm，1.7 μm）为色谱柱，甲醇～0.1%甲酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱，采用多反应监测正离子模式对19 种非法添加物质同时进行定性定量分析。结果表明，19 种分析物在其相应的浓度范围内峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系，相关系数（R2）均大于 0.99，该方法的检出限为 10 μg/kg～200 μg/kg，定量限为 30 μg/kg～600 μg/kg，样品的回收率为80.5%～108.8%。该方法可应用到安神类代用茶中19 种镇静安神类非法添加物的定量分析检测。

Abstract:A rapid method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 19 kinds of the illegally added drugs in herbal tea by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry （HPLC-MS/MS）.Samples were extracted with acetonitrile，and then the analyses were separated on an ACE Excel 2 C18 column（100 mm×2.1 mm，1.7 μm）by gradient elution using a mixture of methanol and 0.1%formic solution as mobile phase.The determination of 19 kinds of the illegally added drugs was performed by electrospray ionization in the positive ion mode under multiple reaction monitoring （MRM）mode.Results showed that good linearity was obtained in a wide range and correlation was greater than 0.99.The detection limits and quantification limits were 10 μg/kg-200 μg/kg and 30 μg/kg-600 μg/kg，the average recovery rate was 80.5%-108.8%.The method was suitable for determination of 19 kinds of the illegally added drugs in herbal tea.
