中文摘要: 在高效液相色谱检测呋喃酮方法的基础上,建立多呋喃物质(5-羟甲基糠醛、糠醛、乙酰呋喃、呋喃酮、5-甲基糠醛)的检测方法。色谱柱为 Ultimate XB-C 18 柱(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm),柱温为 35 ℃,进样量 10 μL,波长 285 nm,流速 0.8 mL/min。脱洗梯度条件:0~2 min,甲醇-0.5%甲酸(15∶85,体积比);2 min~24 min,甲醇-0.5%甲酸(50∶50,体积比);24 min~27 min,甲醇-0.5%甲酸(100∶0,体积比);27 min~29 min,甲醇-0.5%甲酸(100∶0,体积比);29 min~33 min,甲醇-0.5%甲酸(15∶85,体积比)。检测5-羟甲基糠醛、糠醛、呋喃酮、乙酰呋喃、5-甲基糠醛的回收率分别为97.8%~99.6%、95.4%~97.3%、96.3%~97.2%、95.3%~98.3%、94.3%~97.9%,变异系数分别为3.3%、4.3%、0.89%、5.3%、1.4%。适合检测5-羟甲基糠醛、糠醛、呋喃酮、乙酰呋喃、5-甲基糠醛5 种呋喃物质。

Abstract:Based on the high performance liquid phase method for the determination of furanone,a method for the determination of polyfuran (pentahydroxymethylfurfural,furfural,acetylfuran,furanone,pentamethylfurfural)was established.The column was an Ultimate XB-C 18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with a column temperature of 35 ℃,an injection volume of 10 μL,a wavelength of 285 nm,and a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.Dewashing gradient conditions:0-2 min,methanol-0.5%formic acid (15∶85,volume ratio);2 min-24 min,methanol-0.5%formic acid (50∶50,volume ratio);24 min-27 min,methanol-0.5%formic acid (100∶0,volume ratio);27 min-29 min,methanol-0.5%formic acid(100∶0,volume ratio);29 min-33 min,methanol-0.5%formic acid(15∶85,volume ratio).The recovery rates of pentahydroxymethylfurfural,furfural,furanone,acetylfuran and pentamethylfurfural were measured:97.8%-99.6%,95.4%-97.3%,96.3%-97.2%,95.3%-98.3 %,94.3 %-97.9 %,The coefficient of variation was 3.3 %,4.3 %,0.89 %,5.3 %,1.4 %.The five furan substances (pentahydroxydroxymethyl-furfural,furfural,acetylfuran,furanone,pentamethylfurfural) were suitable for detection.
