中文摘要: 探究一种复方海藻粥的润肠通便作用。根据药食同源的原则,将芋头、海带、无花果、低聚果糖、大枣、牛磺酸等原料按照一定比例配制成复方海藻粥。实验中小鼠随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、便秘模型对照组、高剂量实验组、中剂量实验组和低剂量实验组。连续给药7 d 后,测量小鼠的首粒黑便时间、6 h 内排便粒数、6 h 内排便质量及粪便含水量和小肠碳墨推进率。结果显示高、中剂量实验组与便秘模型组相比,6 h 内排便粒数、6 h 内排便质量及粪便含水量均显著增加(p<0.05),首粒黑便时间明显缩短(p<0.05)。高、中、低剂量实验组均明显提高了小鼠的小肠推进率(p<0.01),分别为16%、10%、6%。与阳性对照组相比,高剂量组首粒黑便时间、6 h 内排便粒数、6 h 内排便质量及粪便含水量无显著性差异。由此可知复方海藻粥可以促进胃肠道的蠕动,具有较为明显的润肠通便功能。
Abstract:The laxative effect of a compound seaweed instant porridge was studied.According to the principle of medicine and food homology,seaweed instant porridge was made with all kinds of edible taro,kelp,fig,oligosaccharide,jujube,taurine and so on in a certain proportion.Mice were randomly distributed as the blank control group,the positive control group,the constipated model group,the high-dose experimental group,the middle -dose experimental group,and the low -dose experimental group.After 7 days of continuous administration,the first black stool time,the number,weight,water content of defecation within 6 hours were determined,and the intestinal propulsive rate in each group were observed.The results showed that compared with the constipated model group,the high-dose and middle-dose experimental groups had significantly increased the number,weight and water content of defecation within 6 hours (p<0.05),and had shortened the first stool time significantly (p<0.05).And the high-dose,middle-dose and low-dose experimental group significantly increased the mice's intestinal propulsion rate (p<0.01),16 %,10 % and 6 % respectively.Additionally,there was no significant difference between the high dose group and the positive control group in the first stool time and number,weight,water content of defecation within 6 hours.Our data indicated that the seaweed instant porridge could promote motility of gastrointestinal tract and embellish aperient bowel function obviously.
