β-氨基丁酸处理对火龙果采后病害及贮藏品质的影响

中文摘要: 以紫红龙红肉火龙果为试材,采用 50、10、2 mmol/L β-氨基丁酸(β-aminobutyric acid,BABA)室温(25 ℃)浸泡15 min,测定果实自然发病率,失重率,硬度,细胞膜完整性,可溶性固形物,花青素的变化,研究3 种浓度BABA 对火龙果果实采后病害的控制及对贮藏品质的影响。结果表明:3 种浓度BABA 处理效果各异,在贮藏末期,10 mmol/L BABA 浸泡处理果实自然发病率为46.67%,较对照组降低30.00%,显著降低了(p<0.05)自然发病率,有效抑制了果实采后病害的发生;失重率低于对照组10.76%;保持了细胞膜完整性,比对照组果实高35.56%;延缓了可溶性固形物降低,比对照组果实高15.15%,但处理对果实硬度和花青素含量影响不显著。
Abstract:Dragon fruits (Hylocereus undatus cv.Zihonglong)were dipped in 50,10,2 mmol/L solution for 15 min at 25 ℃.The change of natural disease incidence,weight loss rate,hardness,cell membrane integrity,soluble solid contents and anthocyanin content of dragon fruits were analyzed to find the effect of the postharvest β-aminobutyric acid treatment on postharvest disease and storage quality.The results indicated that the postharvest disease and storage quality of dragon fruits exhibited various influence with three different concentrations.At the end of storage time,the natural disease incidence of dragon fruits treatment with 10 mmol/L BABA achieved to 46.67 %,decreased by 30.00 % compared to control group,significantly decreased the natural disease incidence (p<0.05).Compared to control group,weight loss rate was decreased by 10.76%,cell membrane integrity was increased by 35.56%,maintained the cell membrane integrity of fruits;soluble solid content was increased by 15.15 %,and delay the degradation of soluble solid content,however,no significant difference was found in hardness and anthocyanin content between treatment and the control.
