中文摘要: 该文研究多廿烷醇对高脂饮食小鼠和大鼠胆固醇排泄的影响。通过高脂饲料分别喂养小鼠7 d、大鼠10 d 和30 d,动物粪便胆固醇排出量显著增加,血脂水平也显著升高。无论是一次灌胃还是连续灌胃,多廿烷醇都能显著地增加高脂动物胆固醇的排泄量,血液中甘油三酯水平也有明显降低。说明多廿烷醇既能抑制胆固醇的吸收,也能促进高血脂大鼠和小鼠对胆固醇的排出,揭示了其对机体胆固醇的代谢有一定的调节作用。
Abstract:The effect of policosanol on cholesterol excretion in mice and rats with high-fat diet was evaluated in this study.After the high-fat diet on the mice for 7 days,on the rats for 10 days and 30 days respectively,the excretion of cholesterol and blood lipid in animal feces were significantly elevated.It was proved that policosanol could remarkably increase cholesterol excretion and decrease blood triglyceride levels in both single and continuous gavage.These results indicated that policosanol could not only inhibit the absorption of cholesterol,but also promote the excretion of cholesterol in hyperlipidemic rats and hyperlipidemic mice,revealed the metabolic regulation effect of policosanol on cholesterol in the body to some extent.
