Abstract:Edible film and its film base material,the commonly used biological preservatives and its classification,as well as the application of edible film composite biological preservative in fruits and vegetables preservation were introduced,and its problems in the field of preservation and the future development were prospected,which provided the technical references for the research of fruits and vegetables postharvest commercialization and circulation technology.
