中文摘要: 海带多糖作为重要的天然生物活性产物,已有大量研究证明其具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、调节血脂血糖代谢、预防动脉粥样硬化、抗疲劳、抗皮肤光老化及益生元作用等多种天然生物活性,显示其在功能食品开发中的潜在应用前景。由于多糖组分结构上的差异与其所在发挥的不同功能活性之间具有重要相关性。因此,对海带多糖的提取分离、化学结构、生理活性及其功能食品开发4个方面的研究现状进行综述,为开发基于海带多糖的新型功能食品提供理论依据。

Abstract:As an important bioactive natural product,laminarin has been proved to possess a range of biological activities,such as antioxidant,anti-tumor,immunoregulatory,blood lipid and sugar regulatory,antiatherosclerosis,anti-fatigue,anti-skin photoaging and probiotic activities,highlighting its great nutritive potential to be developed as functional foods.Studies have demonstrated the association between the structural differences of polysaccharide components and their various functional activities.Therefore,in this review,the research progress of extraction,separation,chemical structure,and physiological activity of laminarin,as well as its application as functional food ingredients was summarized,which may provide theoretical basis for the development of novel functional foods based on laminarin.
