中文摘要: 为进一步开发利用金银花资源,采用响应面法优化金银花绿原酸提取工艺条件,分析绿原酸的抗氧化性。试验结果表明:绿原酸最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度69%、料液比1 ∶23(g/mL)、超声温度44 ℃、超声时间20 min,绿原酸提取率验证结果为6.20%。金银花绿原酸DPPH 自由基半数清除率为21.09 μg/mL,具有较强的抗氧化活性。金银花绿原酸与芦丁间具有一定的协同抗氧化作用,且复配体积比9 ∶1 时协同系数SE 为1.09,表明两者间协同增效作用明显。

Abstract:For the further development and utilization of honeysuckle resources,the response surface methodology was used to optimize extraction process of chlorogenic acid from Lonicera japonica.The oxidation resistance of chlorogenic acid was analysed.The result showed that the concentration of ethanol was 69%,ratio of solid-liquid was 1 ∶23(g/mL),ultrasonic temperature was 44 ℃,ultrasonic time was 20 min.Under the optimization condition,the extraction rate of honeysuckle chlorogenic acid was 6.20 %.The IC50 of DPPH free radical of chlorogenic acid from Lonicera japonica was 21.09 μg/mL,so chlorogenic acid had stronger antioxidant activity.The synergistic effect between chlorogenic acid and rutin was analysed.When the mix proportion of honeysuckle chlorogenic acid and rutin was 9 ∶1,the coordination coefficient of SE was 1.09.The synergies effectbetweenthem was obvious.
