中文摘要: 研究红曲蜂胶片对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂及脂蛋白的影响。将50只SD 大鼠随机分为5 组，分别为空白对照组、高脂血症模型组和红曲蜂胶片低、中、高剂量组（0.17、0.33、1.00 g/kg，分别相当于人推荐摄入量的5、10、30 倍），每组10 只。各组每日灌胃相应的受试物或溶剂，连续灌胃6 周。模型组大鼠总胆固醇（total cholesterol，TC）、甘油三酯（triglyceride，TG）和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（low density lipoprotein cholesterol，LDL-C）含量均显著升高（P＜0.01）。与模型组比较，中剂量组大鼠血清LDL-C 含量，中、高剂量组大鼠血清TG 含量均明显降低（P＜0.05），差异均有统计学意义。证明红曲蜂胶片具有辅助降血脂功能。
Abstract:The hypolipidemic effect of monascus and propolis tablet（MPT）on experimental rats was studied.50 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups：control group，hyperlipidemia model group and low，middle and high dose of monascus and propolis tablet groups（0.17，0.33，1.00 g/kg equivalent to 5，10 and 30 times of the recommended dose of human respectively），each with 10.All the groups were administered with their own test substance by gavage for 6 weeks. Compared with the control group，serm total cholesterol （TC），triglyceride（TG），low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）in model group were increased significantly（P<0.01）.Compared with the model group，LDL-C level in the serum of rats in middle dose group and TG level in the serum of rats in middle and high dose groups were obviously decreased （P<0.05），the differences were statistically significant.The Monascus and propolis Tablet could decrease the serum lipid level effectively.
