中文摘要: 水产加工废水富含蛋白质等营养成分,直接排放不仅造成蛋白质资源的浪费,也增加了废水处理负荷,造成环境污染。通过沉淀、膜分离等方法可以有效回收水产加工废水中的蛋白,回收的蛋白质可用于制作饲料、鱼糜制品配料或生物活性肽的开发。综述近几年水产加工废水中蛋白质的回收技术及再利用方面的研究进展,旨在为水产品加工副产物绿色、高值化利用提供参考。

Abstract:Abstract:The wastewaters generated in aquatic product processing industry contain a high organic load,and therefore they should not be discharged directly without effective treatment to prevent a negative impact on the environment.These wastewaters contain a large amount of potentially valuable proteins.The proteins in the effluents could be recovered and used to prepare feed or food ingredients or bioactive peptides through precipitation and concentration.In this review,the research progress of recovery and recycle of protein from wastewater in aquatic product processing industry was discussed.This paper could provide a basis for the green and high value production of aquatic products.
