中文摘要: 建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法(high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detector,HPLC-ELSD)同时测定保健食品银杏叶刺梨胶囊中银杏萜类内酯含量的方法。色谱柱为Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm),柱温为 35℃;流动相为甲醇-水 =30 ∶70(体积比),流速 1.0 mL/min;ELSD 检测器雾化温度100℃,雾化气为空气,气流速度2.5 L/min。白果内酯、银杏内酯A、银杏内酯B、银杏内酯C分别在4.376 μg~3.128 μg,4.176 μg~12.528 μg,4.320 μg~12.960 μg,4.368 μg~13.104 μg 之间线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为100.86%、101.52%、99.60%、100.69%。该方法可准确测定银杏叶刺梨胶囊中银杏萜类内酯的含量,可用于该产品的质量分析。
Abstract:A HPLC-ELSD method was developed to determine the content of Ginkgo Terpene Lactones in health food ginkgo leaf and Rosa roxburghii capsule.The HPLC was performed on Waters Symmetry C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)column,mobile phase consisted methanol-H2O (30∶70,volume ratio),column temperature was set at 35℃,and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The temperature of drift tube was 100℃and the flow rate of gas was 2.5 L/min.A good linearity was obtained in the range of 4.376 μg-13.128 μg of bilobalide,4.176 μg-12.528 μg of ginkgolide A,4.320 μg-12.960 μg of ginkgolide B,4.368 μg-13.104 μg of ginkgolide C.The average recovery rates of bilobalide,ginkgolide A,ginkgolide B,and ginkgolide C were 100.86%,101.52%,99.60%,and 100.69%,respectively.The established method was suitable for quality control of ginkgo leaf and Rosa roxburghii capsule.
